I was a UC Berkeley Kavli Graduate Fellow from 2024-2025, and have collaborated with members of the Kavli Center and Lawrence Hall of Science to coordinate a public engagement series on BCI neuroethics (Wired Minds) as well as with the SF Exploratorium to host a PhD Exit Seminar Series (After Dark Talk).
Over 2025, my labmates and I worked with Stamen Design to create a interactive, online story explaining research from the Chang lab. You can view the full story here.
I participated in the UCSF Grad Slam competition in 2024, a campus-wide event that challenges graduate students to present their research in three minutes or less. The UCSF write-up is here.

My talk, "The Magic of Language Understanding", is embedded below.
I made an explainer video with former labmate and current close friend, Deb Levy, which won the Cognitive Science Society's Mind Challenge in 2023.
